General information

Your order will be sent as an insured parcel from Germany. We ship worldwide (except to India, China and Russia).

All orders are shipped no later than the next working day. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable delivery delays caused by the shipping company.

Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled directly and will be sent to you by post. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the recipient is responsible for the proper return of the parcel and for the shipping and return costs. We are not responsible for undeliverable parcels.

With your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail containing the tracking number of your parcel so that you can track your order.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country.

These additional charges will not be covered or reimbursed by CULAJE.

Import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We therefore recommend that you check with the responsible customs office in your country before placing your order.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Should it happen that a piece of jewelry does not fit you perfectly, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.

Please only return unworn and undamaged jewelry with the original box and pouch as well as the attached barcode.

We will only accept returns of jewelry that is in perfect condition.

Perfect condition means that the jewelry arrives unworn, undamaged, with the barcode attached, and with the CULAJE jewelry box and pouch. Please note that all returned jewelry will be quality checked to ensure that it has been returned in perfect condition.

Procedure for returns

With CULAJE we want to make the world a better place and pursue our mission to protect Mother Earth as much as possible at every step we take. We therefore ask you to choose your jewelry consciously and select your own personal favorites that you will keep for a long time and make you happy.

If you are unsure or need help with your decision, please contact our Customer Care Service. This way we can avoid unnecessary returns and reduce CO2 emissions together.

If you still feel the need to return an order, you can of course do so without further ado.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns.

Procedure for returns:

1. Write an email with your return request to customercare@culaje.com. Feel free to use our sample cancellation form. You can find it here .

2. Fill out our return form and put it in the box. This will make it easier for us to process your return. You can find the form here.

3. Pack the jewelry securely including CULAJE box and pouch. It is best to use the original box for this purpose.

4. Choose a shipping company of your choice and send the package to the address on the return form. We recommend to choose an insured shipping method.

5. After receiving and inspecting the goods, your money will be refunded to the original payment method.
